Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends, technologies, and geopolitical shifts to inform strategic innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing future-proof business models
- Conduct scenario planning and impact assessments for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable product and service strategies
- Measure and optimize innovation KPIs using data-driven methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
