Responsibilities
- Design and roadmap technology adoption strategies for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype ecosystems (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting tech adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology innovation or futurist roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR preferred)
