Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends across technology, sociology, and economics to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Design scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and resource optimization
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and invest in exponential startups
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or SOFI)
