Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight methodologies for 2026 technology adoption
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify competitive advantages
- Lead scenario planning workshops for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists and academic partners
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term technology impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Strong network of futurist and academic contacts
