Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech adoption
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops on future-proofing business models
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging opportunities
- Advolve on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of delivering executive-level futures insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical audiences
