Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state opportunities
- Produce quarterly trend briefings with data-driven predictions and actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused innovations
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell's Two Uncertainties)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences
