Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts affecting 2026+ horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead high-impact workshops with executive teams to align on future-proofing priorities
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for stakeholder decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with strategic implementation potential
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of translating complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, etc.)
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
