Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps using AI-driven trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Produce monthly strategic briefings for executive board on emerging technological paradigms
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure organizational readiness for 2026 market shifts
- Curate an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present at global innovation forums representing our organization's future vision
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Proven track record of executing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
