Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 5+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 or leading tech innovation labs
- Published author on technological singularity or human augmentation topics
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI safety, and climate tech convergence
- Proven track record of influencing national/international tech policy
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) for trend modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
