- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making

- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Establish cross-functional foresight task forces with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Author annual 'Future State' reports and whitepapers positioning Innovatech as a thought leader
- Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into all future-strategy development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) strongly preferred
- Experience working with global multicultural teams across multiple time zones
