Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ market opportunities and disruption vectors
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate planning and R&D priorities
- Produce forward-looking scenario models and risk mitigation strategies
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling executive narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation workshops to align cross-functional teams on emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech convergence, or quantum applications
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
