Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research initiatives to map technological, social, and economic megatrends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and whitepapers
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging disruption vectors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight findings into product development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Experience working with Fortune 500 leadership teams
