Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon scanning data to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation effectiveness
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning with tech/innovation focus
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFTR preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic foresight projects
