Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030 technological and societal shifts
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026 vision and priorities
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential for our industry
- Advise on R&D investments and innovation pipeline development
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
