Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption

- Design adaptive organizational models for future workforce and operational paradigms
- Present strategic futures briefings to executive stakeholders and government partners
- Establish innovation partnerships with global research institutions and tech accelerators
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 societal and economic forecasts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing actionable strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year horizons
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex futures concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or relevant advanced certifications
