Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for executive stakeholders
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for future-facing innovation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into business strategy
- Experience with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Published thought leadership in future studies
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field
