Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight roadmap using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technology disruptors and societal shifts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and curate a proprietary database of emerging trends in quantum AI, biotechnology, and climate tech
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders at global summits
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into R&D pipelines
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on the 2026 technological landscape
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures concepts
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies preferred
