- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise adaptation to exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author strategic whitepapers on AI ethics, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational units
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu)
- Demonstrated experience with AI/ML trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of Web3, quantum computing, and neurotech landscapes
