Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenario models and strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market demands
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on innovation trajectories and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives for organizations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
