Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to create an inviting and organized sales floor environment.
- Identify and escalate customer concerns to management to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in daily briefings and team meetings to align on sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is highly preferred but not required; we provide full training.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with mobile devices and basic computer operations.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
