Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads and conduct outbound sales activities.

- Build lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) in the Seattle area.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
