Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Organize and merchandise displays to maintain a premium store appearance.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and price changes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on service recovery.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience.
