- Drive store sales and meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Assist with visual merchandising to maintain a polished and attractive store environment.
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on retention.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, but training is provided for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable availability for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
