Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance with product selection and recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions, handling cash, and managing returns efficiently.
- Organize and merchandise sales floor displays to ensure the store looks attractive and inviting to shoppers.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves to ensure products are always available.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment by adhering to company cleanliness standards.
- Learn and communicate current promotional offers, sales events, and store policies to customers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills with a high attention to detail for cash handling.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
