Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products, checking prices, and processing transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with 100% accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including registers and inventory scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
