Responsibilities

- Operate the cash register accurately, process transactions, and handle returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize the sales floor to maintain a clean, visually appealing store.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of current sales promotions, store policies, and product details.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining eye-catching merchandise displays and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every shopper has a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and keep the store running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old (or currently enrolled in High School).
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in attendance.
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling.
