Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, establishing a positive first impression.
- Provide expert product knowledge and conduct personalized demonstrations to meet customer needs.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products/services, utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clientele to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we value attitude over experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
