Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound calling to qualify and warm leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Needs Analysis: Ask probing questions to understand customer pain points and recommend effective solutions.
- Deal Closing: Guide prospects through the sales pipeline, negotiate terms, and close deals over the phone.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Execute strategic follow-up sequences to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate regularly with the sales floor to share best practices and market insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shift (Shift times may vary, typically 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone voice.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to hit targets and earn commissions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
