Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Meet and exceed sales targets through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions with precision
- Merchandise and maintain store presentation standards overnight
- Collaborate with security team to ensure customer and asset safety
- Process inventory and replenish stock during low-traffic periods
- Train new associates on night shift protocols and sales strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule including weekends
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with inventory management systems a plus
