Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure an exceptional first impression.
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing detailed product knowledge and styling advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain the sales floor in pristine condition, including restocking merchandise and organizing displays.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
