Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve individual targets through exceptional customer engagement.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and expert customer service to drive loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management, replenishment, and visual merchandising during peak weekend hours.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions with speed and precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure a seamless customer journey from arrival to checkout.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience preferred, but a strong passion for sales is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility to work occasional evenings.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills required.
