Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entering the store to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing detailed product information.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Merchandise shelves and displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and stocked.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
