Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
- Enthusiasm for retail and a willingness to learn our product lines.
