Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entry to the sales floor to initiate conversations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet their requirements.
- Close sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking and referrals.
- Uphold high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and financial growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
