What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and exceed individual targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
- Manage the point-of-sale system efficiently, ensuring accurate and secure transactions.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the team to execute visual merchandising displays and promotions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
