Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Generation: actively promote products and services, utilizing your knowledge to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by replenishing merchandise and straightening displays.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and receiving new merchandise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and store management to achieve weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
