Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Process transactions efficiently using our POS system and handle returns/exchanges
- Merchandise products to maximize visual appeal and accessibility
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and stock replenishment
- Stay updated on product knowledge through continuous training modules
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and mobile technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric focus
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for occasional store transfers
