Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entering the store, providing a personalized shopping experience.
- Drive store sales goals through proactive selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Merchandise the sales floor, ensuring visual standards and product displays are impeccable.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
