Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and provide personalized assistance to help them find products.
- Sales Execution: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system while adhering to company policies.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout by restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts and stockroom organization.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required; a strong customer service mindset is essential.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
