Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that align with their requirements.

- Customer Relations: Build lasting relationships with clients through superior service, follow-ups, and professional communication.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and management to create a positive and high-energy sales floor environment.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
