Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions and handle returns.
- Assist in maintaining the sales floor, ensuring products are stocked, organized, and displayed according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment during the overnight shift.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict adherence to security and accounting procedures.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of daily operations and customer inquiries.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
