Responsibilities
- Engage Customers: Greet and assist customers with their needs, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Drive Revenue: Proactively identify sales opportunities and upsell products to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Merchandising: Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor, ensuring products are organized, stocked, and displayed according to company standards.
- Operational Excellence: Ring up sales accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Support team members during peak hours and assist with opening/closing duties.
- Feedback: Communicate customer feedback and inventory needs to management to improve store performance.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and professional demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
