Job Overview:
As a Night Shift Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the store's operational standards during our evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and efficient experience for all customers, including answering questions and resolving concerns professionally.
- Sales Execution: Proactively assist customers in finding products, demonstrating features, and closing sales to meet daily targets.
- Operational Excellence: Restock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Transaction Management: Process cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system and handle returns or exchanges per company policy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operational duties.
- Merchandising: Maintain display standards and participate in seasonal rollouts to drive visual merchandising impact.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: A history of consistent, punctual attendance.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor freely.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
