What You Will Do:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring every shopper has a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon entering the store, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrate features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up calls and personalized service.
- Organize the sales floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and inventory is well-stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
