Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards daily
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (10 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic technology
- Detail-oriented with cash handling accuracy
