Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and actively prospect for new business opportunities within the Los Angeles metro area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and territory plans.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal and account management.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in outside sales or business development (direct sales experience is a plus).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) as required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
