Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through face-to-face sales presentations and networking within the local Fort Worth community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Manage your assigned territory to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
- Document all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine sales strategies and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (required for outside sales).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the scheduled shift.
