Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct high-energy product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Travel locally within the Austin area to meet clients face-to-face.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline data accurately using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Must be available and willing to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and financial growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
