Responsibilities
- Develop and execute in-person sales strategies for commercial clients across Chicago
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at client locations and industry events
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, sales activities, and performance metrics
- Represent the company at weekend trade shows and community events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with flexibility for occasional weekdays
