Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns to generate new leads and secure high-value appointments.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations at client locations.
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales strategies and maximize market penetration.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the weekend shift.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a strong competitive drive.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
